Growing up on a Texas ranch, Robert Hand had the values of responsible land stewardship instilled in him at an early age. He has taken these lessons into his career, spending more than 15 years working in oil and gas operational management with ConocoPhillips and Newfield Exploration to ensure the safe deployment of drillings, completions, and production. Working with landowners, his management experience has also been broadened with environmental, acquisitions, divestitures, and water management roles.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University
